1. Scope of Services
We offer IT consultancy, remote and on-site technical support, system integration, cybersecurity audits, and related professional services to businesses and individuals.
Custom agreements may outline additional services or project deliverables.
2. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate, current information
Cooperate during service delivery (e.g., grant necessary access)
Pay invoices on time per the agreed terms
Use our services lawfully and not for fraudulent or malicious purposes
3. Engagement and Acceptance
A service is deemed accepted when:
You complete a contact form, schedule a consultation, or sign an agreement
We confirm the service scope, timeline, and pricing in writing (email or document)
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted excluding VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due within 14 days of invoice (unless otherwise agreed)
Late payments may incur statutory interest and collection fees under Dutch law
Additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule standard appointments up to 24 hours in advance
Emergency or on-site service cancellations may incur a call-out fee if made <24 hours in advance
Ongoing service contracts can be terminated with 30 days' written notice, unless stated otherwise
6. Liability Disclaimer
While we take every reasonable measure to deliver quality and secure services:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damage
We are not responsible for data loss, system failure, or third-party errors beyond our control
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific service provided unless otherwise agreed
We carry professional liability insurance per Dutch business standards.
7. Data Privacy and Confidentiality
All data shared with us is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. We do not share confidential information unless legally required or with your written consent.
You are responsible for maintaining secure passwords and access credentials related to your systems.
8. Use of Third Parties
We may use qualified third-party providers (e.g., subcontractors or platforms like Google Workspace, Durable) to fulfill part of our services, under strict confidentiality and data agreements.
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, power failures, network outages, or government restrictions).
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands.
